by on March 3, 2010

It’s a dirty little secret: Most executives cannot articulate the objective, scope, and advantage of their business in a simple statement. If they can’t, neither can anyone else.

This journal gives interesting cases of how some companies struggle to define their purposive goals and how their executives are mystified about difference between company vision, mission, strategic goal.
