In this paper, I will demonstrate that simple because a market is dominated by a non-Green giant, there is no reason at all why a small, new, and remarkably Green company cannot succeed brilliantly. This is as much a question of leveraging unexpected advantages and working within constraints as it is a question of realizing that being a small business is not a bad thing. In the end, it will be shown that design thinking may be the crucial element to helping new green businesses succeed.
