So, today Kevin said that only few companies provide the standards to evaluate “low performance” in any company, instead they focus on evaluating “high performance”.

I accidentally came across this article from NYTimes and found some similarities. People tend to talk about how to succeed, not to fail in your business. So now, let see what the other extreme looks like
