While reading articles on how change management could be effectively brought about, i came across this interesting ARTICLE that describes a procedure to execute before implementing any process changes. The article suggests a try, learn and adapt technique. It is true that the end person who is bearing the change should be able to adapt it. Thus rather than implementing it directly, people should be directed from the new to the old system.
