Responses to Nick’s Case Study

by on January 24, 2010

After reading three different articles from my team members, I am very happey to see some of us came out with some good ideas that I did not figure out. One of us clearly listed three main parts of the problem in this case and discussed those. It will be very helpful for me to read. It seems like all of us would believe that it is better for Sam to have a team or get more support from employees in his company. The different opinions are if Sam should go have a meeting with Bill. However, I believe threre is neither right nor wrong answer on this topic depending on different situations.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
