Overcome Resistance With the Right Questions [LINK]

This Havard Business Review article introduces the method of making questions to overcome Resistance, which was first proposed by Socrates in classical Athens some 2,400 years ago.

Asking a series of easily answered questions will help the other person rethink his assumptions and open up possibilities for agreement.

It might help to explore the possibility to win the agreement from many of employees in the case study “Shh! It’s Vive La Resistance…” I personally thought it was more helpful to show the employees specific work assignments after the change to give them a concrete image of the change plan, but constructive conversation might help to improve understanding between Sam and employeess.
