Case Study Response

by on January 24, 2010

This is a very good case study, it doesn’t have any binary answer. If we were Same, we could have very different solutions to handle this problems. Through reading all my team mate’s response, I found some interesting things. We all agree on some points but have very diverse answers.

In our team, we all agree that Sam should convince all employees that the new setting will benefit the company and all members, including project managers and other employees. To get support from other employees, Sam needs some inputs from the employees in the planning phrase.

Sam has different options and approaches to reach employees. In this point, our team members have different suggestions. Among these these suggestions, I personally like the idea of providing the short-term and long-term goals and incentives. This is a good way to encourage all employees. Moreover, I like a new way to organize the project group meeting, this show the company’s concern to the employees.

There is no any existing perfect answer in this case study, but we can appreciate the creative answers from other people and gain different aspects about the case study.
