Underground Resistance

by on January 22, 2010

It was indeed interesting to read three different views over the same problem.

One of them wrote that Sam should conduct a meeting with employees to make them realize that they are not been left out and are equally responsible to contribute to this plan.

Other said that Sam should conduct one-on-one meetings with almost all empoyees and talk to them frankly about their view over this plan. He also mentions that a meeting should be conducted with Bill and reveal him the fact about this underground resistance he is trying to develop.

Last response talked about conducting an experiment which will prove that Sam’s plan came out with better results. This can be done by having two different teams (one traditional and one according to the new plan) work on project simultanoeusly and then compare and analyze the output of both.
